Plastic Surgeons who once spent their time doing nose jobs on teenagers are now turning their offices into decoratorchic "medical spas," where they perform laser "facial rejuvenations" and hair removal as well as cosmetic surgery. Dimitrije Panfilov, head of Bonn’s chic Nofretete private clinic, has been using these high-tech "miracle weapons" to beautify his mostly female patients for the past six years. "We’re always three years behind the U.S.," he says, "so the megaboom over there will soon very likely spill over to us."
