| With the new
method elaborated by José Guerrerosantos and Sydney Coleman, 60-80 per
cent of transplanted body fat cells can survive. This allows for a more
harmonious structure in facial parts, e.g. lip enlargement and cheek
enlargement as well as a smoothing of "citron wrinkles" on the
upper lip, of nasal-labial-, marionette- and wrath-lines. It is also used
for hand lifting and for penis enlargement. Extracting and preparing the
body fat is very laborious, it takes a long time and is therefore not
cheap. |

Duration: The
operation takes 2 - 2.5 hours
Anaesthetization: "Dozing sleep" combined with
local anaesthetics
Clinic sojourn: Out-patient-procedure, 1-2 days at the
clinic if requested
Scars: 2-3 mini scars will remain (2mm) around the groin
and 2-6 micro scars in the face (which will later not be recognized as
such)
Socially presentable: After 2-4 days
