Calf corrections

Extremely thin calfs can gain 2-4 cm in circumference, thick calfs can lose 2-4 cm. Silicon-ball-implants are used for calf enlargement, liposuction for calf reduction.
 

 
 

 

  

Duration: The operation takes around 1 hour

Anaesthetization: "Dozing sleep" combined with local anaesthetics

Clinic sojourn: Out-patient-procedure is possible for calf reduction, for calf enlargement patients remain at the clinic for up to 5 days

Scars: Calf enlargement leaves 1-2 scars of 3 mm length in the knee bending fold; liposuction leaves four minor scars of 2-6 mm in the skinfold of each calf

Socially presentable: Three weeks after calf enlargement; one week after calf reduction. Heavy tasks should be avoided for 5-6 weeks after calf enlargement
