| In the public
you often see wonderfully lifted faces, like Joan Collins’ or Elizabeth
Taylor’s. Their hands however look as if they were 10-20 years older.
This betrays a well conducted lifting operation. Today, we can lift
wrinkly skin on the back of the hands by autologous fat transfer so that
even the hands look 10-15 years younger. After the operation hands will be
wrapped up in net bandages, no heavy work should not be done for three
weeks. |

Duration: The
operation takes approx. 2.5 hours
Anaesthetization: "Dozing sleep" and local
anaesthetics
Clinic sojourn: We recommend out-patient-procedure, a 1-3
day stay at the clinic is also possible if requested
Scars: Four macro scars (1 mm) on the back of the hand will
later not be sewn up and will not be recognised as scars
Socially presentable: After one week
