Dr.Panfilov has published 103
articles in medical journals.
Together with other leading specialists, he has carried out research
projects in France (Paris), Great Britain (London, Cambridge, Glasgow),
USA (Palo Alto, New York) and Brasil (Sao Paulo).
Dr.Panfilov has headed the
organisation for eight international symposia on plastic and aesthetic
surgery, and he has published four books on this subject. His latest book was
written for the patient and is available at the book store:

Dr.Panfilov was chosen
together with 40 co-authors from the international scene to contribute to
Professor Lemperle‘s unique text-book "Aesthetic Surgery". The
chapter written by him is called "Psychologie in der Ästhetischen
Chirurgie" ("Psychology in Aesthetic Surgery").
A new manual by Panfilov
is soon to be published: "MIDI-FACE-LIFT".
Dr.Panfilov has made eight TV- and video
films. The video "1000 Nasen – reduktive
Rhinoplastik" ("1000 noses – reductive rhinoplasty") was
produced by Baxter for physicians. The film "Schönheitschirurgie und
der Mensch" ("Beauty surgery and the human being") was made
for patients. It shows the common methods and operation modes in aesthetic
surgery. The film "Midi-Face-Lift" was produced on the occasion
of the "Face Lift Giants"-symposium.
In
scientific work Dr.Panfilov has gained the reputation of being an
open-minded but always critical specialist. This perhaps helps explain why he
was included in Germany’s "Who is Who in der Bundesrepublik
Deutschland" and in "VIP Encyclopedia USA".
Four
of his photographs (breast lifting and penis enlargement) have been
included in the sexuality encyclopedia "Sexualia" as examples of
"Before/ After". The "works" of one plastic surgeon have thus taken a seat near the art work of Dürer, Botichelli, Ticia,
Ingres and others: a tribute to our profession. |
