Upper arms can be tautened in spindle-shape or L-shape; in both cases scars will remain at the upper arm insides.
 

 
Upper thighs can be tautened from the inside: skin gets removed in spindle-shape with underlying skin from the groin to the buttocks-fold in the crotch. That way the inside part of the upper thighs is tautened.
 

 

 

Anaesthetization: "Dozing sleep" combined with local tumescense anaesthetics

Clinic sojourn: Out-patient-procedure, or 1-3-day sojourn at the clinic if necessary

Scars: A scar remains on the upper arm inside or in the crotch

Socially presentable: After ten or 20 days respectively; office work can be continued after one week, heavy tasks should be avoided until at least four weeks after the operation
